A Home Reimagined | Austin, TX

Three years after completing the first phase of this Austin home, I returned to reimagine it on a much larger scale. The renovation expanded the home with a new sunroom and primary suite, while the backyard was transformed with a pool and separate ADU.

The exterior was redesigned with stucco and warm wood cladding, replacing the original stone, and the existing stone fireplace became a dramatic modern focal point. What was once primarily an open lawn is now a thoughtfully planned extension of the home, creating a stronger connection between indoor and outdoor living.

From the space planning and architectural details to custom elements like the individually planned tile backsplash in the ADU kitchen, every detail was designed to make the new spaces feel like a natural extension of the original home.
